Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Misprinted Items

Return and exchange your items within 90 days after receiving your order. Whatever color will be printed on your item. If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected by you and sent out to you, minebrick.com is not responsible for replacing these items.

Product Image Disclaimer

Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of any item before purchasing.

Cancellations/Returns

Since your personalized products are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a 50% customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, send us an email with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will try to retrieve it back. But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a 50% restocking fee per item.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

Exchange & Return

Our personalized item cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. Please refer our Return Policy on Damaged/Misprinted Items or please contact our customer service for return.

Please note that the following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.

  • Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
  • Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.

Our return and exchange policy allows for a 90-day period from the date of purchase for eligible returns and exchanges. Please review the categories below to determine whether your item(s) are covered under our policy.

90-Day Full Coverage Return/Exchange Policy
(MineBrick covers return postage fees and replacement fees)

The following conditions qualify for full coverage under our 90-day return/exchange policy:

• You received the wrong item(s), defective or damaged item(s), or any items of poor quality from our site.
• The item received does not match the photo charm or appearance far different from the photo provided to MineBrick .
• Issues with product quality, such as incorrect card quantity and damaged wooden frame.

Resolution: We will replace these items with the same product or an item of equal or lesser value.

90-Day Limited Coverage Return/Exchange Policy
(Customer is responsible for return postage and replacement postage fees; shipping fees are non-refundable)

This limited coverage applies under the following conditions:

• Returns due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind or preference.
• Personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
• Issues Not Covered by Our 90-Day Policy

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or lack of proper maintenance. 
• Since the MineBrick product is a DIY assembly item, it is normal for photo cards to fall off. Simply assemble them in order as instructed.

Return Instructions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• New and unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

Steps to Request a Return Authorization:

• Contact Customer Service: Email your request to our team at cs@minebrick.com for return authorization and further instructions.
• Prepare Photos: For quality-related issues, attach clear photos of the items that highlight the problem.
• Return Processing: Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your item(s), and you will receive an email notification once the return is completed. Please note that refunds may take an additional 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
• Return Address: Customer service will provide the appropriate return address and instructions upon request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your order has been submitted, production of personalized items begins immediately. Orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee for cancellations.
